I've been a micro share holder of Carpe Vinum for 3 years and now have a micro share in 10 horses, including Celebrity News, who was outstanding in her 1st race and I think she'll break her Maiden in her next race. I was born at Fort Monmouth, NJ (near Monmouth Race Track) so I guess it was in my blood at a young age but not affordable until My Race Horse came into the picture. I appreciate the Updates e-mailed to me all the time on how my horse family is doing. Keep doing what you are doing My Race Horse. v/r Edward Stecher (USAF and Vietnam veteran)

Good effort yesterday, good to see TtG dig in after he lost the lead and finish a strong second! The change to a new barn and surface seemed to fit him well! Watching his training video's he looked like he was eager to participate and it showed in the race! Wasn't sure what to expect, but that was very encouraging!

I am one of the lucky ones to own 2 shares of Forbidden Kingdom. I knew going into this, that making money was not going to happen. However, the thrill of jumping up and down in front of the big screen TV as “The King” has crossed the finish line first multiple times and now having the chance to see him running in the Kentucky Derby is “priceless”. I probably will never be able to see him run live, but just being apart of MyRacehorse has been phenomenal. Thank you for letting me have this wonderful moment to enjoy a beautiful athlete as he struts his stuff!!

I absolutely loved what you wrote about Provocateur in the most recent Weekend Wrap!… the importance of patience. My first (and so far only… what a thrill, by the way) visit to the paddock was late Fall 2021 for Provocateur’s initial start on the dirt. I saw an under-sized, somewhat frightened-looking animal and it saddened me (not for any financial reason, but for the horse). While not winning the race, he actually ran much better than I expected him to. Well, fast forward to early 2022 and Provocateur’s first start at Tampa Bay Downs. What a remarkable change in the horse’s demeanor, his obvious self-confidence. And his “body language” (and on-the-track results) has only gotten better with each subsequent start. I truly believe all of the credit - and the ability to be “patient” - on the part of MyRacehorse and Todd Pletcher and his team is the reason we are celebrating Provocateur’s success today!

Just enjoying the ride!
I just wanted to say that I've been a racing fan since I was ten, wanted to be a bloodstock agent as a kid when other kids wanted to be a doctor, entertainer, pro athlete, you name it. Didn't quite make it, but did work in the backstretch for a while and never let the sport leave my heart. As an MRH owner, I have come as close as I think I will at my age to owning a racehorse. Amazingly, I've learned so much more than I thought I would. Also, I've experienced more emotions than just being a fan could possibly allow. Joy, excitement, anticipation, patience, disappointment, are all so much more intense when you have ownership than when you are simply a fan. Thankfully I haven't experienced sadness, but I know that could be a reality at any moment. Thank you MRH for allowing me to attain a little piece of my dream.

To start: my husband gave me a share of 4 racehorses and a micro share for “future stars” for a Christmas gift in 2020. Following those horses during the worst of the pandemic was our major distraction, source of conversation and pride for a very long time. That said, we can’t figure out how to get our questions answered. Two of our horses have now been “claimed”? That’s heartbreaking and we don’t understand it. Are they being sold for the price of the purse, an amount far less than they are worth? What is the decision process in placing them in these races? We may be peons in terms of our ownership but something as significant as a claiming race needs to be explained very clearly.

Wasn't invited into buy for Forbidden Kingdom but it is still exciting to watch him. I am enjoying my stable of up and coming runners as well as current runners. One thing I find cumbersome is going through update section to find when and where our horses are running. Could MRH add a tab showing only horse, date, track, race number and post? Thank you, MRH for a very fun and informative investment.

I have had hoses with MRH for over one year now and have to give them the highest praises, they tell it like it is , if a horse is not worth it they drop it in class and either win or lose it, they state exactly how you will get paid and how it’s broken down. They try to buy the best they can that’s why they partner with others. They have the best trainers the sport has to offer and they make owning part of a good or great horse a great experience. I am not a millionaire, but have been a racing fan since I was 17, owned a horse privately years ago. Then decided to jump back into the water with this ,very small investment to be honest, first horse I bought into never saw the track..ok things happen, I got in with another horse he is in training make a long story short I'm going to be close by where the horse is being stabled and training, figured I would see if I could take my son by maybe watch a training session or atleast see him. Get another generation interested right? So I asked about doing that..yea you can only do that at certain times if and when they post something, but I'm not in florida every other week..yea sorry we make no exceptions.. so where is the fun experience??? ..lol..

Hi, I am responding to some recent comments on this forum as an avowed supporter of MyRacehorse. I am from a third generation Australian thoroughbred horse breeding family and have followed US racing from the time I emigrated to this great country 30 years ago. My father taught me that horses are not machines. "The horse may never win but the horse always comes first." To those who are looking for the next Tesla or Amazon you may be in the wrong place. I took an interest in a beautifully bred MR horse which developed an unexpected injury problem. The patience, veterinary treatment and communication about his progress has been exemplary. If he makes it to the racecourse it will be a victory in itself. If not, sobeit. (Best wishes to the Got Stormy brigade).

I know the ups and downs of owning racehorses therefore I don't have too much to complain about. But to give away Lady Valentine for $37000 was a shame. In my opinion you would have gotten more for her if you sold her as a racing or broodmare prospect. You sold her as a broodmare prospect and yet she continued racing. We also understand that you care nothing about the share holder's interest because no matter what happens you get paid. You also did many of us wrong with Forbidden Kingdom by excluding your past supporters for new ones and leaving the faithful out altogether. We will never get over it but we wish you nothing but the best with him. Hopefully he is exactly like his sire an wins the Triple Crown. One last thing, I know that Mike Smith is a hall of fame rider but his riding style is not right for Moonlight Doro. She will never win with him on her back.

Today my heart was in my throat watching my horse Forbidden Kingdom absolutely dominate a talented field to win the San Felipe stakes! I couldn't scream at the TV I was speechless watching his performance! A dream of a lifetime has begun he was my first purchase with Myracehorse. He brought the heat to the Great White North here in Canada today! I just wanted to say THANK YOU to Michael Berens for starting Myracehorse and allowing normal everyday people like myself be a part of some amazing horses and make dreams come true! ❤️

MRH is great! I was lucky enough to own one share of Authentic. To watch him win the Kentucky Derby was priceless! I don't expect to make a lot of money off my horses, but I also know I will never get stuck with all the expenses. Also, the posts by vets and trainers are quite interesting. I've been betting on the horses for 50 years. So I thought I knew a lot about thoroughbreds. So thank you MRH for the education and the excitement!

This has been Over all a great experience at a inexpensive cost. with only being involved with horse racing for just over 2 yrs. I've learned a ton about this sport. My only suggestions are. 1. Would like to see more Kentucky horse offering 2. Would like to see less updates about Forbidden Kingdom, a little sore spot for the people that were not allowed to buy in to the best MRH derby prospect during the share selling fiasco.

I am proud of Chasing TImes. He was placed mid pack by our substitute jockey and endured mud in his face fraction after fraction. Then, he picked it up and ran his race as strong as he always does when as asked by the Jockey who was content to follow a slow running early horse who was intentionally slowing the race down. I just wish the jockeys would keep him outside on rainy days and much closer to the leaders (or past the slow leader) because his close is always about the same speed once he hits his stride. It is just unfortunate that it rained, and that Rosario was not available. However, Chasing TImes showed he has the endurance to go longer and be competitive at higher class competition.

One thing I would change is picking Paddock Lottery a day earlier (thursday) if I am picked for upcoming Lottery it's going to be very hard to get to Florida from PA in a timely manner. Airfare roundtrip approx $ 450 to $ 550 ? that's 4 new horses I could buy from MRH or 15 hour drive?
